Job Description:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the icebox segment.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration in the incubated icebox segment.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
