Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the icebox segment.
- Identify and target new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Lead initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration in the incubated icebox segment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
