Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Field Support Management
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Updating the system and spreadsheets
  • Report Development
  • Performing various data entry requirements, such as updating and maintaining prices in Epos Tills, adding new products, creating promotions etc.

 

Skills required:

  • Good command over English language (writing and spoken)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Good demonstration skills
  • Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft office programs including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail and able to identify inaccuracies effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in handling customers in a busy firm
