Job Description:
-B.Com / MBA with 8 to 10 years of work experience in high end residential and commercial projects, managing sales processes catering to HNI clients with a strong focus on CRM.
-Worked with buyers, sellers, and renters to sell, buy or rent pre-owned properties throughout the area.
-Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
-Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
-Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig's list and other forms of media.
-Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
-Worked with area building owners and landlords to assist in sufficient occupancy rates in commercial/industrial buildings.
-Maintained highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
