Operations Manager
Job Description:
Summary: Supervise the overall operations of all outlets of Varietea, ensure smooth functioning, boost sales and formulate /amend strategies whenever required. Act as a one-point contact between
entire cafe channel and the higher authority.
Reporting to: Director
Operations:
Looking after entire operations of all Varietea outlets.
Looking After P/L of each outlet as individual unit and towards smooth functioning as well as achievement of sales targets of each unit/outlet.
Formulate and implement strategies for Cost optimisation, reduce wastage, stock management, inventory control, pricing strategy and service improvement for each unit of Varietea.
Allocate work to all sub departments, act as a bridging ap between on floor staff and higher management.
Handling operational functions like Team Management, Ordering, Maintenance and Repair, Local Vendor Management, Cost Control and Promotion Execution.
Ensuring all Food Safety and Hygiene practices are always followed in the cafes.
Handling major customer complaints, feedbacks, suggestions and to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all the problem related operations are solved out immediately on daily basis.
Opening of new outlet project work i.e: property, staff, resource recruitment, on-boarding.
Auditing:
Regular Audit of Store, Sops, Cleanliness, Sales, Grooming, Hygiene, marketing/promotions.
To do periodical audit of the Cafes and maintain service standards throughout the region, prepare MIS reports and submit to higher authorities on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Take necessary actions/measures post audits to boost unit sales and performance.
Conducting Mystery Audit, Food and Beverage Audit of all the items in the menu and ensuring shelf life adherence, SOP’s, FIFO and consistent product quality.
Check regularly all reports of store/outlet/restaurant performance.
Help the team to get success in all store related issue.
Franchise sales/ Operations:
Keep a Healthy and prominent relationship with all franchise owners.
Organizing meeting with franchise owner.
Help each franchise to achieve the sales target
Do all activities pertaining to franchise sales.
Handle all franchise inquiries, do terms negotiation and close deals.
Building strong relationship for support with all owners of franchise.
Setting up the all franchise store according to company standard.
Monthly meeting with all Manager and owner of stores.
One-o one meeting with staff whenever required

Experience: 7 years – 15 years (Operations)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: Restaurant /Café industry (Not Hotel industry)
Salary Range: 7.20 - 12 LPA + Variables
Location: Base location (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
