Marketing & Sales Assistant (Non Metallic Minerals)
Job Description:
The Marketing and Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Kaolin to ceramic, paper, rubber, coatings & fiberglass industries.
This role involves creating marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.
He or she should have the understanding and pattern of international marketing &communication skills to lead the way.
Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and segmentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs.
- Present products or services to potential customers and provide information on their features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:*
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of relevant marketing and sales software/tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:*
This role may involve travel to meet clients and attend industry events out of India too. It may also require working flexible hours to accommodate client schedules in and out of India.
Experience: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary: 30k to 50k per month
