Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Services Hub administration.
  • Arrange external training for various National health services (NHS) and private services.
  • Support administration of face-to-face training with external bodies, including invoicing and query handling.
  • Amend training documentation to look professional and distribute guides summarizing service requirements.
  • Arrange Travel Clinic training and registration with external body, and proactively manage ongoing renewals.
  • Contract renewals and service level agreement (SLA) completion for Locally Commissioned Services.
  • Respond to pharmacy queries independently and signpost if necessary.
  • CPAF survey reporting (Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework) – 100% completion required, report using Compliance Hub portal.
  • Pharmacy Quality Scheme – help set up and advise pharmacy teams for various and ongoing services under the scheme.
  • Create a guide for training requirements and the service process.
  • Manage Pharmacy Services Admin email address – query handling from pharmacy teams and regional support team.
  • Sharps waste collection for flu service – aid pharmacy teams in arranging collections.
  • Accredit new pharmacies on PharmOutcomes portal, contact commissioners to ensure pharmacies are ready to claim for services.
  • Survey Monkey – create surveys and report on results.

 

Profile required:

  • Good reviewer and skillful clinical data expert
  • Excellent written English and proper grammar usage.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent researching skills.
  • Willingness to learn about pharmacy services and build up knowledge.
  • Pharmaceutical & management expertise with regulatory training & compliance.

Additional guidelines:
- Working Hours: US shift (8:30pm – 5:30 am IST)
