Sales Coordinator Sales Support
Job Description:
Order Processing &Coordination:
Cold calling and emails to prospective buyers, and generate business.
Timely follow ups with buyers for business.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm and follow up on the timely dispatch of goods.
Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers
Monitor the delivery process to ensure goods reach customers as scheduled.
Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain by constant communication and liaising with relevant parties.
Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
Address customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and any post- delivery issues.
Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Payment Collection:
Follow up with customers for timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms.
Coordinate with the accounts department to track and record payments.
Address any payment discrepancies or delays and work towards resolution.
Brokerage/Commission Management:
Track and ensure accurate calculation of brokerage or commission payments.
Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely payment of any brokerage or commission owed.
Maintain detailed records of all brokerage or commission transactions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain reports on order status, payment collections, and brokerage/commission activities.
Ensure all communication and transactions are well-documented and easily retrievable.
Assist in preparing sales performance reports as required.
Support Sales Team:
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Help in the organization of sales events and meetings.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the trading, Chemicals or related industry, with a focus on fragrances and flavours. Experience in commodity trade and supply chain management.
Education: Any Graduate
Salary: 22k To 27k per month
Location: Ambawadi,Ahmedabad
Office Time : 10 am to 7 Pm (Saturday – 9:30 am to 5pm)
