- Transport vendor management(FTL/BTL/FLEET OWNERS/BROKERS)
- Transport vendor development.
- Procurement/Pricing of all type of vehicles hiring.
- Managing transport operation.
- Coordination between fleet owner and Customer.
- Customer service analytics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. .
• Making profit & loss of vehicle end of the month.
• Overlook account of all vehicle as per trip.
• In charge of the day to day operations of the transport department.
• Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles
• Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers.
• Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
• Check all fleet are properly maintained and serviced.
• Arranging for the induction and training off all new staff.
• Developing and nurturing customer relationships.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records.
•Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters
• Build strong processes for accurate tracking of vehicle usage
• Find various mechanism to improve process.
