Duties and responsibilities:
- To manage overall operations during the shift.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Allocate tasks amongst the employees for smooth operations during peak and non-peak hours.
- Manage and control wastage and pilferages.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Manage cash and effectively prepare handover of the same.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the shift.
