We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our architecture and construction firm. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources department with various administrative tasks and document management. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around maintaining and organizing documents, as well as utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare presentations and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR documents, including employee records, contracts, and other confidential information.
  • Prepare and update HR-related presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate new employee on boarding and orientation activities.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and maintain communication with employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address HR-related issues and provide necessary support.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional presentation preparation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and document management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, its processes, terminologies, and specific HR challenges that may arise in this field.
  • Conflict Resolution: Being able to handle conflicts and resolve employee issues effectively. Also the person should be equipped to mediate and find amicable solutions to conflicts that may arise among employees.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: HR Executive will have to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. The ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently is essential.
  • Employee Engagement: Implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity. Having the skill to design and execute engagement activities
  • Industry Preference : Design , Architecture, Graphics
  • Experience : 2 To 3 Years
  • Salary : up to 30k per month
  • Education : Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Location : S.G Highway, Ahmedabad
  • Office Time : 10:30 am To 06:30 pm
