Job Description:
-ITI, diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience operating HMC production machine shop.
- Hand on Experience of HMC Operating.
- Setting knowledge of HMC.
- To know about Drawing Reading and GD&T Parameter.
- To handle Quality instrument like Vernier,Bore gauge,Micrometer,Snap Gauge,Thread Plug Gauge and Height Gauge..
- To know about CMM report reading.
- HMC tooling knowedge like Drill,Tap,Face mill and Boring tool.
- Basic HMC fanuc control programming knowledge
- To know about production documents like Inspection Report,Production Report,AMC check sheet,Tool life monitoring sheet
- To be aware about 5S and Safety.
