Job Description:

 

Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using industry-leading software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).

Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural components to ensure clash-free designs.

Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize system performance and minimize rework.

Generate accurate and detailed construction drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM MEP technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.

Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.

Experience in clash detection and coordination.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Prior experience in BIM MEP coordination for complex projects.

Familiarity with MEP engineering standards and codes.

Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design principles.

Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary: 3.6 LPA to 4 LPA

Office Time : 04:00 PM to 12:30 AM

Education: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical
