Job Description:
Responsibilities
 
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms using ATS out Software
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Participate in monthly event planning and host in-house recruitment events
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
 
Requirements and skills
  • Proven 2 years of work experience in a full life-cycle environment as a Recruiter (In-house recruiter)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Should have prior experience in hiring WordPress Developer, Shopify, Big Commerce, UI UX Designer, SEO Analyst, etc
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
