Hiring Training and Placement Coordinator for Navsari Location

Job Description:

Job Description / Key Responsibility Areas:

• lead and coordinate placement planning and development.
• Coordinating and maintaining the pre-placement records of students.
• Planning and executing alumni support schemes.
• Preparing and revising, as necessary, placement plans for the training centre in consultation with the Principal.
• Serving as a liaison with relevant professional associations and state and national regulatory and accrediting agencies like NSDC, etc for placements.
• Assisting other skill initiatives/projects as and when required
• Create and execute a yearly placement plan.
• Tie-up with industry for placements.
• Ensure supply of material and equipment on time for academic training as per requirement from the HOD
• Ensure timely and appropriate arrangements events; in-house and outdoor to support learning as per requirement from HOD
• Ensure regular lectures are being conducted
• Ensure teaching costs are maintained in the budgeted amount
• Create and monitor trainer training needs and performance.

Any other work as assigned by the Administration officer and the management.

Desirable characteristics / Successful candidates should:

•  B.Eng. preferred with relevant Industry experience
•  Prior successful experience in trade relevant to NGO / NPA and ability to work as a member of a team whenever required.
•  Knowledge and experience with programs in the Vocational field is very desirable.
•  Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills with key attention to detail
•  Have an in-depth understanding of all documentation, duties, tasks and procedures associated with vocational training center
•  Belief in the guiding principles of our NGO
•  Should already have a strong placement connect.
•  Good business communication skills and English and Guajarati proficiency

Remuneration:

• 1BHK apartment @1500/m if needed
• Salary Negotiable(One year contract which will be renewed every year)
