Hiring Production Executive in snacks manufacturing industry based in Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our growing food manufacturing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production activities, ensuring quality compliance, maintaining efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production operations to meet daily output and quality targets.

• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

• Supervise and train production workers and operators to maintain productivity and safety standards.

• Monitor and control production parameters to minimize wastage and downtime.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant standards.

• Support new product trials and process improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of food processing and packaging technologies.

• Excellent understanding of GMP, GHP, and HACCP principles.

• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

• Proficient in MS Office and production management tools.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology or related field
