Job description:
- Documenting change or project requirements based on user meetings.
- Clarifying business requirements.
- Establishing acceptance criteria
- Documenting deliverables
- Validating requirements.
- Planning and scheduling
- Escalating delays
- Testing solutions against requirement
- Training users
- Release communication and management
- Gathering and processing feedback from customer and users
- Logging and Troubleshooting application issues.
- Escalating application issues to relevant teams where required.
- Resolution management for issues
- Conduct RCA with the responsible teams
- Identifying high priority incidents, communicating the issue and the impact to relevant
- stakeholders and coordinating different teams to provide resolution.
- Checking system logs
Working Days: 5 days a week
Saturday working: once in a month
Working hours: 9 hours - UK shifts
