Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good written and spoken English language with the ability to spot spelling and grammar mistakes is a must.
• Expert knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Your work is pixel-perfect and you know your JPEGs, PNGs, GIFs, and EPSs formats.
• Great understanding of composition. Your typography skills are polished and white space is your best friend.
• A sound knowledge of the print industry, pre-flight file checking and the ability to prepare files for professional print with no comebacks. 
• Know your RGBs to your CMYKs and have a love of Pantone colours. 
• Be the first to identify upcoming industry trends and have a critical eye for design.
• The ability to follow strict brand and style guidelines. You know the rules (and when to break them).
• Strength in juggling many files, specs, and output ratios, and a talent for file management.
• A good knowledge of designing for web and the ability to create compelling and engaging email campaigns 
• Tough skin. You can take constructive feedback and run with it.
• A team player. You work well with others and can help other brand designers and marketeers develop campaigns and find creative solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create expertly crafted brochures, signage, landing pages, social media ads and other collateral for activation around the world.
• Collaborate with design and marketing personnel to help concept, timeline, and design, professional brand and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visual appeal of clients’ online presence with beautifully designed online ads.
• Provide direction to and review deliverable from external partners, including localized assets to ensure quality across the board.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and research on current trends and compile findings into insightful presentations.
• Collaborate with various companies to create graphics packages and storyboards to maintain consistency across all channels.
• Work fast to meet deadlines, make last-minute edits, manage your time, and work through a marketing and design road map.
• Search through online stock libraries to find the most fitting photography to use across projects which are fitting to various brands.
• Make the role your own; bring your flair and interests to the role and overall design directions as well as seek new business within various design disciplines.
