Job Description:

The job description is as below:

Brittles Production - Prepare brittles in accordance with approved recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, quality, yield, and food safety standards.

Fudge Production - Manufacture fudge while maintaining product consistency, desired texture, appearance, and quality as per SOPs.

Flavored Makhana Production - Produce flavored makhana by following standardized recipes, seasoning specifications, and quality parameters.

Nuts Roasting- Roast nuts using appropriate roasting techniques, temperature controls, and batch parameters to achieve the desired flavour, colour, and texture.

Cookies Production - Prepare, bake, and finish cookies as per approved formulations, ensuring product quality, consistency, and presentation.

Inventory Management-  Maintain optimum par stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production and minimize wastage.

Housekeeping & Hygiene -  Ensure adherence to 5S, GMP, food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards across the production and work areas at all times.

Live Counter Operations -  Efficiently manage live food counters by ensuring timely preparation, product availability, attractive display, customer engagement, and service excellence.

Quality Compliance-  Follow all SOPs, quality standards, food safety norms, and statutory guidelines while maintaining accurate production records.

Team Collaboration - Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.

Productivity & Continuous Improvement - Contribute towards improving productivity, reducing wastage, optimizing processes, and
supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
