Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Accompany the President during office hours, meetings, site visits, events, and outstation travel as required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), reports, presentations, and follow-up action points.
  • Draft professional communications in Gujarati and English.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, proposals, presentations, speeches, and letters.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents.
  • Manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, proposals, presentations, speeches, and letters.
  • Manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Manage Estate portfolio
  • Skills Excellent Gujarati and English typing skills, Emailing
  • Proficiency in Gujarati language at Sahitya (Literature) level with exceptional drafting, reading, writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
