Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, enterprising, and results driven Textile Sales Manager with proven experience in West African markets. The ideal candidate must have strong textile sales expertise, excellent customer relationship management skills and fluency in French to effectively manage business operations across Conakry (Guinea), Dakar (Senegal), Mali and Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand textile sales across West African countries, particularly Nigeria, Mali, Conakry and Dakar.

• Manage credit sales and ensure timely collection from customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit stock reports regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Motivate, guide, and support the sales team on a daily basis to achieve business targets.

• Travel extensively across assigned territories to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have prior experience in textile sales within West African countries (Nigeria, Mali, Conakry and Dakar).

• Must be fluent in French (spoken and written).

• Should be ready to travel inWest African countries (Nigeria, Mali, Conakry and Dakar) whenever required.

• Strong understanding of textile products, sales strategies and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently across West African countries.
