Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer/Technician specializing in hydraulic elevator systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, precision tuning, and maintenance of hydraulic lifting solutions. If you have a deep
understanding of fluid power, electrical controls, and safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Valve Settings: Calibrate and adjust hydraulic control valves to ensure smooth acceleration, deceleration, and leveling accuracy.
- Power Unit and Hydraulic Cylinder Management
- Service hydraulic power units (pumps, motors, and reservoirs) and hydraulic cylinders.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve faults within hydraulic valves, powerpack and cylinder. Interpret electrical schematics to wire controllers, sensors, and safety circuits; diagnose and resolve electrical faults within the hydraulic system.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to industry safety standards and maintain comprehensive service logs.
Required Secondary Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for site work, and the
ability to communicate effectively with clients and site supervisors.
