E-commerce Executive
Job Description:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of website operations, product listings, SEO, pricing strategy, order processing, courier coordination, and customer objection handling to drive revenue growth and ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management
Create and manage product listings (title, description, specifications).
Ensure proper categorization, stock updates, and pricing accuracy.
Upload and optimize product images and videos.
Maintain website hygiene and coordinate technical updates when required.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Optimize product pages with relevant keywords and meta descriptions.
Improve organic visibility and product ranking.
Monitor website traffic, conversions, and suggest improvements.
Pricing & Offer Strategy
Plan competitive pricing based on market research.
Manage discounts, promotions, and campaign pricing.
Monitor competitor pricing and performance.
Order Processing & Courier Coordination
Oversee daily order flow and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners to reduce delays and RTO.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Objection Handling &Refund Management
Handle customer concerns related to returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged/wrong products, and payment failures.
Ensure refunds are processed on time and exchanges are completed smoothly.
Coordinate with accounts and warehouse for verification and approval.
Reduce return rates by identifying root causes and improving listings.
Maintain professional communication to protect brand reputation.
Reporting &Accountability
Track sales, return rates, and operational performance.
Share regular performance reports with management.
Take ownership of overall e-commerce growth and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
0–5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably fashion/apparel).
Strong knowledge of product listing, SEO, and digital merchandising.
Experience with Amazon or similar platforms preferred.
Understanding of courier aggregation and logistics handling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
