•  Able to review and understand P & ID of different Machine
•  Able to understand machine & field instrument with their working
• behavior
• Able to Prepare Job Specific Input / Output List from P &ID
• Able to discuss query with design/client for technical clearance
•  Issue Job specific control system material from store for Jig purpose.
•  Prepare Jig Workstation as per Job Input / Output List from Operating Manual .
• Co-ordinate with developer for Job specific program download on Jig System and configuration.
• Power Up Jig with PLC / HMI / SCADA system.
• Check PLC / HMI / SCADA System physical communication before Jig Startup.
•  Simulate All Input / Output through Jig Switches and Potentiometer.
•  Able to Check All Set parameter range as per DR/Operation Manual.
• Able to Check all require cycle as per DR/Operation manual .
•  Any development query or logic related issue, take up with v.endor to conclude in specific time with maintaining history record of issues (during Jig, internal FAT, External FAT etc.).
•  Take all Alarm testing as DR/Operation Manual in Report form. 
• Prepare Final Operation manual (if any point needs to update) and Screen Manual about developed system and same transfer to QC before internal FAT .
• During Manufacturing of Machine, he/she must clear the machine I/Os and running condition requirement at assembly floor for internal FAT testing
•  Able to understand and process application related client specific complain with developer and service team .    

Required Skills :

• Diploma/B.E in Electrical must be needed
• Good Communication Skill, Good in Computer Software Application.
• Good Presentation Skills
