Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of compliance.
What You’ll Do ✨
- Develop and Maintain Compliance Programs: Create comprehensive HR compliance initiatives that align with legal standards.
- Conduct Regular Audits: Perform audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Monitor Legal Changes: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Provide Training and Guidance: Educate the HR team and management on compliance-related topics.
- Manage Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to minimize risks associated with employment law.
- Investigate Compliance Issues: Address and resolve potential compliance violations promptly.
- Prepare Compliance Reports: Generate and maintain detailed compliance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in HR compliance.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and advanced proficiency in HR information systems.
- Certification: Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
