Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Strategic Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing Bid Advisory for Public clients, EPC, ARC, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, or other formats, handling the bidding process for private clients, preparing tender documents, and promoting private investment. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and expertise in real estate and infrastructure development.


Qualifications:
 Post-graduate degree in Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Management, Economics, or Finance.
 Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning / Architecture /Civil Engineering

Experience:
 Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in:
o Planning and structuring of EPC, or PPP projects.
o Bidding process and preparation of tender documents.
o Private Investment Promotion and financial consultancy.
o Demand Assessment and financial feasibility studies in Real estate and infrastructure projects

Key Skills & Expectations:
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
 Knowledge of financial models and financial analysis.
 Understanding of project finance principles and techniques.
 Experience in tender preparation and bid process management.
 Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

 Knowledge about the procurement policies, CVC guidelines and similar policies.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to quickly master new tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment.
 Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
 Hands-on experience in bid document preparation, financial consultancy, transaction advisory, and contract management.


Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure client management by addressing requirements, following up on deliverables, and maintaining professional relationships.
2. Conduct project pre-feasibility assessments and identify opportunities to attract private investment.
3. Evaluate and recommend PPP models for project implementation.
4. Plan and ensure the sustainable operation and maintenance (O&M) of developed assets.
5. Organize investor consultations to map potential stakeholders and address key concerns.
6. Develop market and financial feasibility reports, demand assessments, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, and presentations.
7. Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings as needed.
8. Provide clients with insights into market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities while ensuring fair and transparent transactions.
9. Stay updated on the real estate and infrastructure development trends and best practices.
10. Assist in bid document preparation, contract negotiations, and transaction advisory services.
11. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
