Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager for a leading and innovative pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both domestic and international markets, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, business strategy, and market expansion. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze market opportunities through consumer insights, competitor research, and business forecasting.

  • Understand and ensure compliance with domestic and international pharmaceutical regulations and market requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products in global markets.

  • Conduct market research to support new product launches and growth initiatives.

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, client engagement, and market development.

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping, distribution, and delivery of products in collaboration with logistics teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners across various geographies.

  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and trade discussions to achieve business goals.

  • Prepare reports, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements in sales and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing (domestic & international).

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and international market dynamics.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in teams.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Job Location: Bavla Plant, Ahmedabad

Salary: Negotiable up to 50 KPM
