Job Description:
A Sales Coordinator supports a sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes.
Responsible for tasks like coordinating sales meetings, managing customer data, and creating sales reports.

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing quotes, and following up with clients.

Coordinate sales activities with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance).

Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports using CRM software.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely support.

Track and report on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.

Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage after-sales support.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management.

Schedule meetings, product demos, and appointments for the sales team.
