Hiring Electrical Production Engineer for a Leading Manufacturing Industry - Ahmedabad Location

Job Description:

Job Summary:

• The Electrical Production Engineer will oversee and lead the activities of the Production Department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining quality standards for electrical components and systems.
• Implementing quality control procedures including inspections, testing, and data analysis.
• Identifying and addressing quality issues in production.
• Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of electrical production equipment.
• Coordinating with maintenance technicians to resolve equipment malfunctions .
• Managing electrical production projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinating with cross‐functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations to ensure project success.
• Designing and developing electrical manufacturing processes for new products or improving existing ones.
• Selecting appropriate electrical components and equipment for production lines.
• Creating detailed production documentation including process flowcharts, work instructions, and quality control protocols.
• Monitoring production performance metrics like cycle time, yield rate, and scrap rates.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyzing production data to identify trends and potential issues.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and production techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment .
• Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Proficiency in using electrical design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, circuit design, and control systems.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical or EC Engineering
• Minimum experience of 3‐5 year in Production field with Electrical or Electronic companies.
