Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both new and existing applications that align with our business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Write clean, well-organized, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Work with stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance application functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to .NET development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant .NET frameworks.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Database Proficiency: Solid understanding of database concepts, experience with SQL Server, and the ability to write optimized queries.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset and the ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 10am to 7:30pm (5 days)
