Sr. Front end Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the user interfaces of our websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-End Development:
● Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
● Translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive and user-friendly web interfaces.
● Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

2. Technical Leadership:
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior front-end developers.
● Collaborate with back-end developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
● Lead the adoption of best practices and coding standards.

3. Project Management:
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project planning, task estimation, and code reviews.
● Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliverables.
● Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks.

4. Optimization:
● Optimize the performance of web applications, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.
● Implement and maintain front-end testing, profiling, and debugging tools.
● Stay updated on the latest front-end development trends and technologies.

5. Quality Assurance:
● Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix front-end bugs and issues.
● Implement and maintain unit testing and integration testing processes.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:
● A minimum of five years of experience in front-end development.
● Proven experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks.

3. Skills:
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Experience with one or more front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
● Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, or Yarn).
● Version control using Git.

4. Portfolio:
● Provide a portfolio of previous front-end development projects and examples of responsive web designs.

Must haves:
1. Experience in developing cutting edge creative websites (not just applications that are more development heavy)
2. Experience in agency work (not staff augmentation/hiring models)
3. Creative Portfolio
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience with more modern and latest versions and frameworks
