Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, branding, advertising, and promotional activities for us and our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads.
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
● Manage the company's social media accounts and develop engaging content to build a strong online presence.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
● Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
● Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to management on key metrics and KPIs.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
● Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.
● Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
● Assist in the development of the annual marketing budget and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in a similar role, preferably within technology, retail, healthcare industries.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to drive decision-making.
● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
● Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
● Experience managing a marketing team or leading cross-functional projects is a plus.

 

Must haves:
1. Experience in marketing with clients from multiple industries
2. Experience in agency work (not staff augmentation/hiring models)
3. Marketing Portfolio
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience with latest marketing strategies and tools.

 

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 9.30am to 7pm (5days working)
