Customer Care Executive
Job Description:
- To attend each & every call related to customer query and communicate the same to concern department and solved the query and maintain a record of the same in a specific format.
- To handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in time and take a feedback from customer about his satisfaction level on complaint handling.
- Make PI and get payment against terms of 100% against PI or remaining payment.
- Follow ups with client for sample approval
- To collect the dates for readiness of material from concern department and communicate the same to client by mail or phone
- To remain in contact with customer by e-mail, telephone, letters etc. on frequent basis & take feedback regarding our product performance and service. To communicate concerns raised by customer to management and take corrective actions on the same.
- To take the feedback from the customer after dispatch of product regarding of product in it’s application and maintain its record on order to order basis,
- To ensure each and every customer that, any concerns raised by team will be taken care and same complaint will not get repeated again in next transaction.
- ISO 14001 & 18001 Audit
- ISO 9001 Audit
- Apart from above, Director / authorized person from management may give other work which has to be completed in time.
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 3 To 5 years
- Office Time: 9.00 Am to 5:30 Pm
- Preferred: Female
- Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad (Bus Facility Available (Iscon to Sanand)
