Job Description:
Experience : 5 Years as senior Quality Post (Rolling Mill – Structure or TMT specific only)
- Oversea and validate the quality checks and tests performed on raw material (Billets)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process
- Work closely with the production team to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
- Perform Quality inspection of TMT bars using various methods such as spectrometer, Universal Tensile Machine (UTM), Bend- Rebend
- Audit and compliance as per Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and maintain necessary records and register as per BIS norms set by the Indian Government
- Prepare and maintain Quality Test Certificates and all quality control documentation accurately and up to date
- To handle Internal and External customer compliant and prepare CAPA for the same
