DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
1. Manage & guide the shift supervisors of department in achieving plans
2. Manpower Management & Inventory Management
3. Keep a record of activity planned & achieved during shift.
4. Ensure delivery of quality products from the production line.
5. Ensure and track the OEE of the department.
6. Ensure preventive maintenance as per plan and have adherence to it.

7. Ensure safety of personnel & assets during shift
8. Organise timely QC inspection
9. Maintaining all the records and details related to production, maintenance and
having readiness for Audits.
10. To work on projects allocated to improvement and modification.
11. Ensure 5S within the department.
12. To ensure skill upgradation of front line workers.
13. Timely Erp entries after finishing shift Production.
