Job Description:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of proven experience in corporate interior design, high-end residential projects, and hospitality design.
- Education: Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Design Development: Lead and collaborate on the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
- 3D Perspectives: Prepare 3D perspectives to visualize design concepts.
- Drafting: Draft detailed technical and shop drawings.
- Material Specifications: Prepare the material specification matrix.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver customized design solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the project vision and address any on-site issues.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and detailed drawings to clients.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Gender Requirement: Male/Female candidates only.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design projects in the mentioned sectors.
