Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness, enhancing client engagement, and promoting our suite of insurance platform solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, crafting compelling communication materials, and executing impactful campaigns to effectively reach our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.
  1. Content Creation: Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases.
  1. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, events, webinars, and other initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  1. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing, to drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  1. Presentation and Collateral Development: Design and develop presentations, marketing materials, sales collateral, and reports to support sales efforts, client engagements, and internal communication needs.
  1. Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  1. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  1. Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  1. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in the technology or insurance industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
