UI/UX Developer/ Designer

Job Description:

Required Skills:
• The candidate must be creative and a designer to come up with new designs and expert in design tool like Figma, abode, photoshop etc.
• The candidate also must be an expert in UI development with responsive expertise in HTML, CASS, LESS, SAS etc.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Experience designing web applications, eCommerce and B2B / B2C portals and/or a good creative portfolio to demonstrate your design thinking process.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation of software development projects.
• Good communication skills.

Must/Good to have hands-on experience:
• Must be expert in designing tools like Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Bootstrap and HTML
• Good time-management skills.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and Invision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
