We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA & Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our rapidly growing InsureTech, IT and AI-driven organization. This role is primarily focused on Quality Assurance , ensuring high system and process quality, along with Business Analysis , supporting process improvements and requirement gathering. You will play a critical role in validating system functionality, improving operational processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (70%)

• Perform thorough QA testing on system features, configurations, and operational workflows.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Validate system outputs and ensure alignment with business requirements and SLAs.
•  Identify, document, and track bugs/defects; work closely with product and engineering teams for resolution.
• Conduct regression, functional, and UAT testing to ensure system stability and performance.
• Monitor QA metrics and provide regular reports on defects, trends, and quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices across the team.

Business Analysis (30%)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process documentation including SOPs, BRDs, and user stories.
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Participate in client discussions and internal meetings to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
• Support UAT by coordinating with stakeholders and validating business use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in QA/testing with some exposure to Business Analysis.
• Experience in Insurtech, FinTech, IT  or AI-driven environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, bug tracking tools, and testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
