Job Title: Civil Engineer - Buildings

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on buildings to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing building construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in building construction, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee building construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify any issues or discrepancies, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams on site, addressing any construction-related challenges and providing solutions.
- Monitor and control project costs, prepare project budgets, and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including records of all construction activities, change orders, and project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new construction techniques, and materials to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not mandatory.

2 Years Contract with Air Ticket and Visa by company
