Job Title: Ast. Manager HR

Reporting to: Head – HR
Work Location: Plant – Boisar, Maharashtra (around 100 kms away from Mumbai)
Job Description:
Role Objective:
The incumbent will be responsible for handling HR generalist roll Managing Employee Engagement Activities, R and R Programs, Coordination for external and internal trainings, Payroll, Recruitment, HRMIS and all type of HR activities in the Plant.
Job Description:
- Drive employee engagement activities as per annual Employee Engagement Calendar
- Manages all aspects of reward and recognition program for staff and workers
- Drives implementation of HR initiatives planned for the year
- Training effectiveness, Coordination of Department Process Trainings and Motivational Trainings for Staff and Workers
- Competency mapping
- Processes payroll data and ensures timely payout of wages/ salaries, advances, bonus, leave encashment, full and final settlements etc.
- Ensure all compliance as per Labour Laws like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Maternity etc.
- Update and maintain employee data, loan data etc., Maintaining employee personal files
- Grievances handling of workers like overtime etc.
- Represent HR in audits like ISO, Social Audits

- Functional Skills: Employees Relation/ Payroll / Legal compliance/ Recruitment.
- Behavioral Skills: Team player, Effective Communication,
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of SAP-Payroll Module / Payroll
- Knowledge of personnel administration
- Timekeeping and salary making
Qualification and Experience:
Degree or Diploma in HR / MBA / MSW with 8-10 years of relevant experience and having knowledge of SAP (Payroll)
