Job Description:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in civil

-Civil Engineering 

-Mechanical Engineering 

-Construction Management 

-Industrial Engineering 

-Operations Management 

-Or related technical field 

-Certification in Health & Safety 

 with 4-5 years of experience

• Supervise day-to-day field operations across multiple project sites.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance and operational activities.
• Lead and supervise field teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and resources to maximise operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational and  technical challenges.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, engineering specifications and safety requirements.
• Verify the quality of completed work and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Monitor inventory, materials, tools and operational assets to support uninterrupted field activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programmes are implemented and operational issues are addressed promptly.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation and site plans to guide field execution.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, inspection records and project documentation.
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operational activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
