Candidate Profile
- Lead R&D strategy and product development
- Drive formulation innovation and scale-up
- Ensure successful lab-to-plant commercialization
- Optimize performance, cost, and consistency
- Provide technical support to customers and sales
- Ensure VOC and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop R&D team
Candidate Profile
- M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry / Polymer Science
- 8+ years in resin R&D
- Experience across alkyds, polyesters, acrylics , curing agents, emulsions
- Proven scale-up and commercialization experience
- Exposure to listed coatings applications preferred
