Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain complete network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot servers and system-related issues.
- Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware devices.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance network.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support for desktops, printers, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain data backups, system security, and software updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software servicing when required.
- Track and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Respond to technical breakdowns and provide timely resolution.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of networking concepts, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux server management.
- Experience with CCTV configuration and maintenance.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and system support knowledge.
- Familiarity with IT security and backup procedures.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure Management.
