Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria of candidate.

Educational Qualification:

  • Engineering Graduate of any discipline preferably Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering from recognized institution.
  • Post graduate Degree or Diploma   in Industrial Safety or equivalent qualification from government recognized institution.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate having degree of MBA in business management from reputed business school/ university.

Experience Criteria:

  • Minimum 10 years of all-round  experience in either reputed  industrial organization or state level/ reputed  NGO  having good interpersonal  relations skill and good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi language along with  business communication skill , coordination and office administration as well.
  • Age limit not more than 45 years, however, No age bar for right candidate

Key responsibilities:

  • To look after day to day office activities/administration including staff related work.
  • To co-ordinate with industrial organizations for the prime objective /activities such as safety training and safety audit including first aid training etc. along with arranging qualified & well experience trainers thereof.
  • To administer& to do all such work pertaining to Diploma courses run by council including arranging qualified faculties thereof.
  • To oversee & keep track & to do Supervision of accounts &financial matters including budgeting of council.  
  • To apprise the Chairman for the on-going affairs of the council including Executive committee  &  general  body meeting related work  
  • To organize state level annual conference of safety professionals as per the past practice of council.

Required skill:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in the office software like MS Office
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices
  • Excellent communication for Liaoning with teams, clients and government agencies including legal firms.
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations (OSHA, MSHA and Factories Act)
  • Administrative task such as payroll processing and maintaining office records for audits and legal compliances.
