Job Description:
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Or EV Industry Experience will be considered.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the EV service sector (2W / 3W / 4W)
- Industry exposure to EV components, diagnostics, and servicing is mandatory
- Experience in training or content development will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in EV 2W, 3W, and 4W servicing and maintenance
- Explain EV architecture, components, diagnostics, and safety practices
- Develop and deliver technical training content, practical sessions, and assessments
- Support in developing course content and lab activities
- Coordinate with the placement team to align student skills with industry requirements and assist in placements
Key Skills Required
- Strong practical knowledge of EV systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to teach, demonstrate, and mentor students effectively
- Good communication and documentation skills
