Job Description:
The job description is as below:
- Work in R and D on-sight at manufacturing facility.
- Wide knowledge of savoury food ingredients and ready to eat food process.
- Brainstorming for the idea of new product development. Taking trials for product improvements.
- Equipment handling and operating to induce trials.
- Study and record keeping for the shelf life of trial products.
- Conducting trials, identifying deviations & making relevant modifications to stabilize products.
- Implementing ISO quality standards to produce consistence quality product.
- Standardization of Recipes and evaluation of product ingredients.
- Active involvement in recipe development and product evaluation as per the organization requirements.
- Responsibility of online process parameter.
- Lead manufacturing trials to commercialized products.
- Sensory evaluation of online products and finished products.
- Benchmarking of existing products for value addition in relation with its flavor, texture and overall acceptance as per marketing team requirements.
- Effective labor and process management in plant.
