Hiring Production Manager for a Leading Steel Industry for Ghaziabad Location

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and control complete production operations in the fastener manufacturing unit.
• Ensure timely production of bolts, nuts, screws, and other fasteners as per quality standards.
• Monitor forging, threading, heat treatment, and finishing processes.
• Optimize machine utilization and improve productivity on shop floor.
• Implement production planning as per PPC schedule and delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and coordinate with QA team.
• Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Lead and supervise shop floor manpower and shift operations.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management review.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Fastner Manufacturing Industry only.

• Strong knowledge of cold forging, threading, and heat treatment processes.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and production targets.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
