Hiring Plant Engineering Head for a Leading Manufacturing Industry - Dubai Location

Job Description:

Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years experience in leadership position in plant engineering and maintenance in chemical manufacturing or chemical processing plant.
- Preferred if experience is in polymer resins manufacturing or paints manufacturing industry in plant engineering and maintenance.

Education: B.Tech - Chemical engineering or similar field. 

Job Role:
- In charge of complete plant maintenance and engineering projects.
- Lead team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.
- Plan and execute engineering projects
- Upgradation of existing plant and new expansion projects.
- Spares management and planning.
- New engineering and maintenance vendor development.
- Reduce plant related costs by introducing new technology and upgrade equipment.
