Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process & Configuration Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our rapidly growing InsureTech and AI-driven organization. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of operations, technology, and process management. You will support BPO workflows, manage configuration changes, perform quality assurance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our platform and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
Process Management & Support
Monitor and manage day-to-day BPO workflows, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Collaborate with operations teams to document and refine business processes.
Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements.


Configuration & Systems Support
Assist in configuring system settings, workflows, and rules to align with client requirements.
Support deployment of configuration updates and ensure smooth integration into operations.
Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and escalate as needed.


Quality Assurance (QA)
Perform QA reviews on operational processes and system outputs.
Develop and maintain test cases to validate configurations and system performance.
Partner with product and engineering teams to resolve defects and ensure system stability.

Collaboration & Reporting
Prepare reports and dashboards on process performance, QA findings, and configuration changes.
Act as a liaison between operations, product, and client teams to ensure smooth execution.
Provide feedback and support training for process adoption and configuration updates.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in process management, configuration support, QA, or related roles.
  • Experience in a BPO, InsureTech, FinTech, or AI-driven environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
