HR Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, coordinate with
agencies, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Attendance & Payroll: Supervise attendance systems, leave tracking, and coordinate
with accounts for timely payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, promote a healthy work culture, and
conduct exit interviews.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with
statutory and company policies.
Policy Implementation: Help draft, update and implement HR policies and ensure their
communication across departments.
Training & Development: Organize training programs, maintain training records, and
support employee development.
Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and track
goal achievements.
General Administration: Handle admin coordination and HR logistics related to
employee welfare and support.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of HR operations and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
